The Roosterz are a ska, reggae and rocksteady band from The Netherlands. They even won over the purists’ hearts with their unique and quirky style; authentic with a modern twist. Soulska, as they would call it or even better: musical soul food.
They’re continuously writing new songs, so there’s plenty material for future releases.
The last addition to their discography is ‘I got you’ (EP 2024) and the track ‘Bleed the same blood’ is part of the Proper Ska Volume 2 (CD 2025) compilation album amongst numerous other ska and rocksteady bangers from national and international heroes.
Previous releases are the full album ‘Rougher Than Rough’ (LP/CD 2021) , the track ‘L.I.A.R.’ (2021) and ‘Get on board’ (EP 2011).
